The agency your repetitive
tasks dread

Your business deserves
better tools

I design and build the digital tools your business needs to move forward: websites, apps, custom software and AI automation. Tools that are simple to use, built around how you work, and that save you time every day.

The problem

You didn't start a company to copy and paste

Lost time almost never comes from one big problem.
It comes from dozens of small tasks redone by hand every week.

The same information typed three times

In the quote, in the spreadsheet, then in the invoice. Every copy is another chance to get it wrong.

Tools that don't talk to each other

The CRM on one side, the calendar on the other, and someone syncing them by hand every evening.

A website that brings in nothing

It exists, but nobody finds it on Google, and it never generates a single quote request.

What I automate most often

Examples of tasks you can automate

Method

Six steps, no surprises

At every point you know what's done, what's left and what it costs. The price is fixed before work starts.

  1. 130 min · free

    Call

You tell me about your business and what's slowing you down. I understand the problem and tell you honestly whether I can help.

  2. 2free

    Mockup

I prepare a demo of your future tool, built around your own case.

  3. 32nd meeting

    Demo

I walk you through the mockup. You try it, tell me what's missing or off, and we adjust together.

  4. 4fixed price

    Quote

After the demo, you get a fixed-price quote: what's delivered, when, and for how much.

  5. 52-week sprints

    Build

I build the full tool. At the end of each sprint, you test a working version and adjust.

  6. 6launch meeting

    Launch

We put it live together. I show you how to use the tool, hand over the access and documentation, and explain how maintenance works.

Commitments

What you get in writing

Clause 1The code is yours once paid
Source code, access and documentation are yours once the invoice is paid. I keep an access for maintenance, unless you'd rather I didn't.
Clause 2A price fixed before work starts
The quote describes exactly what gets delivered. Any addition is agreed in writing before it is done.
Clause 3A demo every two weeks
You see the work moving forward and you correct course early, not at the end.
Clause 4No forced subscription
Maintenance is offered, never required. You only pay for the tools you actually use.

Who you'll talk to

A person
and not a support desk

I'm Antonin. I'm a designer and developer, and I build websites, apps and automations for companies that want to save time without becoming tech experts.

When you write to Lionea, I'm the one who replies, designs and writes the code. I'd rather tell you no than sell you a project that won't pay off.

My background

Frequently asked questions

Before we talk

How much does a project cost?

It depends on what needs to be built, which is why the first call is free. After that free call, I prepare a free mockup of your tool. At the end of the demo, you receive a fixed-price quote, itemized line by line. That price doesn't change without your written agreement.

How long does it take?

A simple automation is usually up and running in one to two weeks. A marketing website typically takes three to five weeks, an app or custom software several two-week sprints. The exact schedule is in the quote.

Will I depend on you?

No. The code is yours once the invoice is paid: source code, access, files and documentation. You can keep improving the tool with me, with another provider or in-house. In most cases I also keep an access to make maintenance easier. If you'd rather I didn't, just tell me.

Is my data safe with AI?

I choose tools that don't use your data to train their models, I limit access to what is strictly needed, and I explain where each piece of data is stored. Sensitive cases are still approved by a human.

I'm not comfortable with technology. Is that a problem?

That's actually the most common case. You describe your business in your own words, I take care of the technical side, and I train you to use it at the end.

What happens after delivery?

First month of maintenance free with a 6-month plan. Maintenance runs as a 6-month monthly plan, extendable if needed, and the first month is free. During the plan, every defect found, one or several, is fixed. At the end of the 6 months, you decide whether to extend it.

Let's talk about what eats up your time

Thirty minutes on a video call. You walk me through how your business runs, and I tell you what could be simpler, roughly what it would cost, and what I would leave alone if I were you.
