30 tasks a company can automate this year

Sales, admin, customers, team, reporting: thirty tasks you will find in most companies. For each one, the tool usually used, how hard it is to set up, and a box to write down how much time it takes you.

What do your repetitive tasks cost you?

A ten-minute task, done several times a week all year, adds up. The calculator does the math with your numbers, right in the page, in any currency. The PDF version includes a filled-in example and a blank grid to print.

The calculator promises no savings: it shows what the current situation costs you. That number is where the decision to automate starts.

  5. SearchThe searches you target, on Google and AI assistants.
  6. FeaturesMust-have, nice-to-have or unnecessary.
  7. BudgetA range, and what the quote must spell out.
  8. TimelineThe target date and what makes it matter.

How they are made

Tools to fill in with your numbers

I write them to be useful even if you never work with me. To apply a grid to your own case, book a 30-minute call.

  • Your numbers, not mine

No borrowed statistics. The grids are filled in with your times, your frequencies and your hourly cost.

  • Examples are labeled

When an example is made up to show the math, it says so on it: "fictional example".

  • Print them or fill them in on screen

A4 PDFs that read well in black and white, and a calculator that works on a phone.
