Who it is for

Who is this checklist for?

  • The founder who feels the week disappears into low-value tasks, without knowing exactly which ones.
  • The freelancer or consultant who does everything alone and wants to know what could stop being done by hand.
  • The person who runs admin, operations or sales and has to propose priorities to management.
  • The team preparing an automation project that wants to come to the first meeting with a clear list.

It will not tell you which software to buy. It helps you see where your time goes, which always comes before choosing a tool.

Frequently asked questions

Before you download

Do I need technical knowledge to fill in the checklist?

No. Each task is described in everyday words, and the tools are named only as examples. You tick what you do by hand and write down how long it takes you.

Which task should I automate first?

The one that takes you the most time each week and always follows the same rules. The last page of the checklist has a priority grid to help you find it. Quote follow-up is often a good place to start.

How much time can I save?

It depends entirely on your tasks and how often they come up, which is why the checklist gives no ready-made figure. Write down your minutes per week, then use the calculator to see what they add up to over a year.
